We have been operating for over 20 years, first as a power tool specialist store and recently catering for Industrial supplies. We are Australian owned and operated and we have an amazing range of products available to our customers. Our Website is designed to have available to you a range of tools and equipment second to none in the industry. We are members of the AIS (Australian Industrial Supplies) with over 120 suppliers Australia wide, this gives us great savings which we can pass on to our customers. We cater for all trades; Brickies, Tilers, Concreters, Plasterers, Mechanics, Plumbers, Engineering, Construction, Woodworking, Welding and more. Our range includes top brand names such as; Makita, Bosch, Milwaukee, Sidchrome, Kincrome, Marshalltown, Estwing, Easymix, Master finish, Hitachi, Nitto, Slugger, Sutton, Irwin and lots lots more. Repairs

At Toolstore we have a fully equipped workshop, and are the approved warranty service agent for all brands that we supply i.e. Makita, Bosch, Hitachi, Metabo, Milwaukee, Fein, Nitto, Slugger etc. Our aim is to get these tools repaired as soon as possible; we are targeting a 2 day turnaround in repairs. A quote to repair is emailed or faxed to you and the sooner that you advise us the quicker it is completed.

Warranties

Tools supplied by Toolstore will be repaired if under warranty by the supplier at no extra cost – warranty items only. Tools not supplied by Toolstore, repaired under warranty will incur a fee on the difference of our charges and what the supplier pays us. Proof of purchase must be provided to claim warranty. We are the registered warranty service agent for all power tools that we supply. To help our customers all tools supplied have their serial numbers recorded so that if a warranty issue arises we can track that tool, this is a service that only Toolstore provides. All items come with supplier standard warranty, which is supported by Toolstore.

Toolstore is committed to ensuring that when you purchase from us with your credit card those details are safe, which is why we use the latest online shopping security systems.
